After the installation, regular maintenance is necessary. The maintenance scopes are mainly as follows：
(1) the abrasion condition of sealing surface；
(2) the abrasion condition of valve stem and its trapezoidal nut；
(3) the abrasion condition of "O" rubber sealing ring；
(4) Whether packing is effective;
(5) Whether there is dirt accumulation in cavity;
(6) Whether the trip switch and over torque protection device of the electric valve are in good condition;
